FAQ

Here are the questions I get most often about Onsite Roofing — who actually does the work, where I work, and how to get started. If your question isn’t here, just call.

Who owns Onsite Roofing? Onsite Roofing is owned and operated by me, Andrew Goodrick. I’m a roofing contractor based in Canton, Georgia, and I’ve been doing this work for over 15 years.

Do you use subcontractors? No. I do all the work myself. The person who inspects your roof, quotes the job, and does the work is the same person — me. That’s not the cheapest way to run a roofing company, but it means nothing gets lost between the sales guy and the crew, because there isn’t a sales guy or a crew.

What areas do you serve? I’m based in Canton and work throughout Cherokee County and the greater Atlanta area.

Are estimates free? Yes. I’ll come out, look at the roof, and tell you what I see. If it doesn’t need work, I’ll tell you that too.

What services do you offer? Roof repairs, roof replacement, inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and gutter guards, chimney pans and caps, fascia and soffit work, commercial flat roofs, and emergency tarping. There’s more detail on each of these on the Roofing Services page.

My roof was hit by a storm. What should I do first? Don’t climb up there. Call me for an inspection, and if there’s damage worth a claim, document everything before anything gets moved or repaired. I can walk you through what insurance adjusters look for.

How long has Onsite Roofing been in business? The company started in 2018. My experience in the trade goes back over 15 years before that company name existed.
